2 This assets is a great location just steps away from the beach and we loved that! Nevertheless, it is in severe need of updating. Every part of this house needs some TLC. Former reviews stated the outdoor spigot not working - it truly is still not working. So the house bought many sand in it.

four The owner replaced the fridge due to the fact our last stay 2 years back, which was needed. I feel that the home owner needs to address a few difficulties. The main criticism that I have with the assets will be the sliding glass doors. Most, if not all, of them really need to become replaced. The door which is used the most (from the residing/kitchen area area to the rear deck) is extremely difficult to open.

I did love you had two king beds that was nice. The coffee table was damaged, 2 in the three plastic chairs outside have been damaged. The house really could utilize a good power washing and that would make a major improvement to your deck. The house has so much potential it can be sad to see it getting run down. I Completely loved the area, but when improvements are usually not made would not rent house all over again. Surely advise visiting Port St Joe in case you have not !!
